I'm headache free! I'm almost afraid to even say it. I haven't had a single AN headache since surgery. No meds at all.
BIG sigh of relief... ;D ;D ;D

You don't know how lucky you really are. Eight weeks after Surgery and Headaches are still my worst enemy...medication does little to help...only bed rest really helps me.

Wooo hooo Stoneaxe... rocking it so hard!
P.S. (and this has nothing to do with headaches...) I'm thinking of paddling across Scotland along the Caledonian Canal for charity. How do you feel about that? It's 60miles/95km and part of it is paddling the entire length of Loch Ness. I think next May will be the inaugural trek/reconnaissance mission - after that I might think about taking it big aka CCBC. If it happens I think you should come over for it!
-
great news! ;D

Oops...forgot about this post. Thanks all...still headache free...well one small one but I think it was a need for caffiene.
JB...that's a heck of a challenge. Twice as long as the CCBC...I assume not just a one day event? At a good pace it would still take 15 hours or so. It would be awesome to get on the water together someday.

Gosh no! I think Loch Ness alone is about 23 miles! Think it'll be a few day challenge. Rumour has it there's a pub along the route you can just paddle into. I'm feeling that! Shall let you know how the plans get on!
-
geesh folks... someone pls explain to me the correllation between Nessie and headaches ;)
thanks.
(back on topic folks) :)

If we paddle into a pub along the way it will certainly mitigate and pains that might be present... ::)

Ha ha.
P.S. I don't have headaches either and I'm very grateful.

Still headache free...knock on virtual wood....still hard to believe after all the bad days in the past. only meds I've taken in months is an ibuprofen or two for sore muscles from heavy surf sessions.
