These guys just finished my stage 2 surgery and I escaped with only temporary facial weakness this time. I made the right choice with Dr's. If you have any questions, email me at sryan@villagegreen.com

Scott what do you mean by Stage 2 surgery? Is it because they had to go back in?
Glad things are good! We like hearing postivie outcomes :o)

Stage 2 simply means that it took 2 surgeries to get my tumor out. My tumor was 3.5cm and it was so embedded in my facial nerve, that they thought they'd stop half way through, preserve my facial nerve, give it a year to recover and then go back to get the rest of my tumor. I didn't like the thought of two brain surgeries, but in the long run it probably saved 90% of my facial function.

Wow, You are def. brave. They are talking a nerve graft surgery at a year out due to facial numbness and it makes my toes curl just thinking about it.
Glad you are doing so well!
