Post SRS as of July 31, 2012, doing well AN related......but I have recently had a sinus infection plus bronchitis. I was on 3 weeks of antibiotics as of October 26. Still have some drainage and my ears are congested. My allergist wanted to do a CT scan of my sinuses but I am concerned about more radiation. Should I be?

I would be a little concerned
I looked for information on possible radiation risks with a CT scan after SRS but, so far all I could find was the following article on the radiation risks of multiple CT scans.
http://www.webmd.com/cancer/news/20090331/multiple-ct-scans-raise-cancer-risk
Appears that you'd have to have many CT scans before the risk becomes significant.
Still, I suggest you talk to the doctor who did the SRS and see what he says.
The doctor order the CT wants to cover his butt.
But the doctor who did the SRS won't have a dog in that race and is more likely to give you an unbiased opinion about a second dose of radiation.

Speak to your doctor of course
I am pretty sure that the added risk of having a CT scan is minimal.
If the risk of malignant transformation is 1:10000 after radiosurgery, after the CT scan it might be 1:9999
