Title: BAHA funding

We're looking at the BAHA at the same time as anastomosis, in two months.  I'm trying to find alternative funding for Chris. I see where Medicare is now paying for it, not sure about Medicaid.  I'm hoping his private insurance will pay but I doubt it.  I'm also checking Occupational-Vocational Rehab. Do you know anything else ?

  Also, is there insurance available if you lose it ?  After all, he's still a youngin !

Voactional rehab is going to pay for me to be evaluated for the cross hearing aids.  I didn't want a baha.  If the doctor says it will help then they will pay for me to get them.  My insurance wouldn't cover any of the 3500.  Chris should be eligible for the same thing.  Just keep in mind it's a slow process dealing with voc. rehab.  They are paying for me to go back to school too.
