Folks,
Sometimes I need something to take my mind off my symptoms and I need to take my mind off my ever present AN and when I need something I go to a basketball game tonight I will be going to Madison Square Garden tonight to see the Knicks play the Utah Jazz
- wonder how you spend your time not thinkibg about your AN?

Dear Everyone,
It worked I went to the game and the Knicks WON! 111 to 84 over the Jazz! They even brought out 2 old time players Camby and Thomas it was soooo much fun! What AN?

The key is to distract yourself!

Hi Mike,
I like to get outside and walk the dogs. Fresh air and some exercise help until the head gets wonky.
Reading works and every now and then a game on the Ipad or doing something creative - drawing, sewing, whatever makes you happy!
Cathie.

I don't. Like the tinnitus, it is ever-present. Both of them must compete with the voices in my head for attention.
The voices usually win. ;D
Honestly, I just focus on work or making things or doing things. Life is too short to spend it worrying.

Sorry to say this but my best remedy is to stay off this site and get on w/things.

I play cello in a community orchestra & when I'm playing music is one of the few times I'm not thinking about my AN...this site is definitely a reminder, but also a great source of comfort to hang out with people who are the only ones who truly know what I'm going through....
