Went to the podiatrist yesterday for a problem with my toe nail then as a casual comment I mentioned that there is a sore spot on the bottom of my right foot. After much pinching & squeezing (and PAIN) I said, "don't tell me it's a neuroma". He said, "why yes it is a neuroma, how do you know about neuromas"? Hmmmm...let me count the ways.
After long explanation & discussion, I said is this like a BOGO?

Sorry to hear about the neuroma on your foot.
I've found lately that life hands you all kinds of things you a) don't need, b) don't want, and c) could, quite frankly, do without. Let's just say it's been a horrendous April ::)
I'm glad to see your subject line is "another small bit of humor" instead of "another small bit of tumor" which tells me that you haven't lost your sense of humor at all.
Personally I couldn't survive without humor in my life, although some days it's hard to find.
Hang in there,
Jan

I propose an Amendment to the US Constitution that would require the entire medical profession to use plain English in writing, instead of Latin.
Oh, yes, require penmanship lessons, too.
