Does anyone know what diagnostic code is used to bill Medicare for a BAHA upgrade?

Your doctor and/or his staff should know it.

It's very important which code you use.  The BAHA is an implant or a prosthesis - not a hearing aid - and needs to be coded as that or insurance will mostly likely refuse coverage.
