Have had bad nerve pain on and off and a few things helped like full spectrum CBD, rubbing in a small amount of voltaren around my ear, wearing a dental guard (much as I dont like) and anything that relaxes me and helps me sleep. I use a few things on and off supplement wise to reduce inflammation. I also keep my blood pressure in check and use a supportive pillow (mine also caused by pressure and blood flow, maybe TMJ also). Saw a neurosurgeon this year who told me - as did dentist and specialist -very unlikely AN however he did say and virus (I have had herpes simplex as a kid, also last year RSV and Covid and the vax-will flare nerve pain.
