Good news but confused. My AN grew only a wee bit. Currently 11mmx4.2 mm. so it's a liitle bigger. a wee bit one, but a strong one. it defied single dose radiation and kept on growing. My confusion lies in the fact that I am profoundly hard of hearing, bilateraly. Right worst than left. so why? I just wish this bugger would just die, go away or something. oh by the way last mri 3/06 10mmx3.9mm. why am i so hard of hearing? so now what? I 'm seeing my ent soon but he's kind of a wait and watch guy. But how long do I wait before going completely deaf?

I didn't have radiation but from what I understand it is not unusual for some initial swelling of the tumor before it starts to die.
I am amazed at the accuracy of the measurements. Untill I got together with my final team of doctors mine was from .7mm to 1.2mm depending on who read the MRI
I hope you have the best care, maybe another opinion would clear things up.
