Title: Sugery April 17

This will probably be my last post for a while since my surgery is scheduled for Tuesday, April 17, and I'm going to be busy all day Monday with preadmission testing and a final appointment with the surgeon.

I just want to thank everyone for being so responsive to all of my inquiries while I've been waiting.  You input has made the wait much more bearable.

Right now I am pretty nervous, but trying to keep occupied.

My thoughts and prayers are with you. I am praying for wisdom for the doctors and staff, peace and a speedy recovery for you and of course a great outcome.

Best of luck to you Linda.  We will see you on the other side very shortly.

Check in when you can.  We will all be anxious to hear how you are.

The morning of surgery, I was very calm.  I knew the best guys for the job were going to work their
magic, and they did.  It took 8 and a half hours, but all went well.

Just want to add my voice to the chorus of well-wishers here, praying and hoping that your surgery goes well and you have few or no complications.  We await your next post as you become a 'postie' (post-op) AN patient.  :)
