Title: UCSF - Dr. McDermott or Dr. Lustig - Did you use them or have you heard of them?

I'm having my AN removed 9/1 by Dr. McDermott and Dr. Lustig at UCSF. Have you used them, know anyone who has used them or heard anything about them or their track record? Any information here is helpful.

My only experience with Lustig is via email.  He was highly recommended by Jackler from Stanford. 
I had questions regarding a post-op surgery for facial nerve grafting.  Lustig was very prompt and responsive.  Haven't actually met him though.
