I'm three weeks post op and last week I started getting these facial/forhead pain. Tehy are not headaches as I know. These are jabbing pain to the temples or the entire forhead. Happens when I sit from laying down or it occurs anytime...no set pattern but darn painful. Like being hit with a sledgehammer. I'll be seeing my ENT on thurs. Other then these painful jabbing points everything is great. As I stated b4 no paralysis, no eye problems, no metalic taste (soapy taste but not ofen)...Still weak and wobbly but doable...I now walk 1 km without my cane. I use the cane as a security item.....

Hi JO,
Sounds like some of the pain that I had post-op, if I had been laying down, especially on my tumor side. I'm glad everything else is going great, but pain sucks. Hope your doc can help and that it's temporary.

Jo,
So sorry to hear about your headaches. I too the pain experience you have described. My pain started right after surgery and things have just gotten worse. Keep an eye on it. Let ALL of doctors know what's going on. Start a journal, something Joe had advised on another thread.
Good luck my friend,
Anne Marie
