Prayers needed for a friend
« on: February 03, 2010, 12:33:47 pm »
An old friend of mine from my hometown has a son, whose transplanted kidney failed and had to be removed.  He is back on dialysis and is having all kinds of complications.  Today, he is having testing done to see if the IGA  is attacking his lungs.  Todd is in his early thirties and has two sons.  Please keep them all in your prayers.  I am on a national kidney donors list and unfortunately Todd and I aren't a match...I am first hand proof that prayers work and you are the best I know at praying and sending good thoughts and positive energy.
Thanks,
Brenda

Brenda ~

Thank you for alerting us to this need on behalf of your old friend's son now battling kidney disease.  Of course Todd will be in my prayers ...and prayer does change things!

Life is not the way it's supposed to be. It's the way it is.  The way we cope with it is what makes the difference.

Update on Todd...he is needing blood with every dialysis treatment.  If any of you donate and don't have a name to give for or would like to he could sure use it.  His name is Todd Ingalls  (family are descendants of Laura Ingalls Wilder !) and he lives in Bolivar,NY...
Thank you,
Brenda
