you weren't the only one noting this to me..... the "hacker" flooded you all with invites... t'was not my fault... FB has done nothing to assist me with this (after numerous emails to them to fix it/delete my profile).  They noted for me to "change your password" and told me to contact this dept or that dept (when I followed their link for "report if your account has been hacked").  Go figure.....

Was on the "Redsox" fanpage on FB before I got hacked, so I should be counted in those numbers... somewhere... since FB will not "delete" my acct....  :)

FB has become a hacker heaven ...  I'm on there a lot but I never click on any user posted links... especially the "tiny" links where you can't tell where you end up ... they are ALL bad !

It short .. if you see a post like:

You got to check out this video!  http://tiny.cc/NoRy6

dont click on it!!  Even if its your best friend....  your account will be hacked or worse ... this is a way to hide where links really go by using this tiny links... so your best to NEVER NEVER EVER click on these....

hmmmmm... haven't clicked on links as they scare the heck out of me... and usually iggy (ignore) invites and such on FB.  Not sure what happened but... they got me... and I'm not given in to them.... I'll just take my harrassing ways elsewhere!  :o ::) ;D :)

I'm not 'on' Facebook because (a) I don't have time for it and, (b) I don't think I have much to share that anyone would be interested in.  Also, I like my privacy and the hacking problem is a hassle I don't need.  However, the family is represented by my wife, Tina and my adult son, Chris who both have Facebook accounts.  Tina is 'on' the Facebook site daily, Chris, less often, but both tell me they have quite a few 'friends'.  I have quite a few friends right here and prefer to leave it at that.  Now that I know about the Facebook hacking issue (thanks, Joe) I'll warn my wife and son but I'll continue to resolutely resist what seems to be the inexplicable lure of the Facebook website.
