Invisible Tremors???
« on: June 28, 2010, 02:18:43 pm »
Does anyone else suffer from tremors?  My brain feels like it's shaking...like a tremor, but my head doesn't move.  I feel  like my head is shaking as well as my neck...down through my spine...almost like I'm shivering, but the tremors can't be seen by others nor can I see them.  If I reach up to touch my head, I can't feel them either...just feel the sensation internally.  It's the strangest feeling I've ever had.

Pat ~

I can't say that I've read about this specific post-op symptom before but I would definitely mention it to your doctor.  It must be very distracting!

4.5 cm AN diagnosed 5/06.  Retrosigmoid surgery 6/06.  Follow-up FSR completed 10/06.  Tumor shrinkage & necrosis noted on last MRI.  Life is good.

Life is not the way it's supposed to be. It's the way it is.  The way we cope with it is what makes the difference.

I know these feelings all to well......unfortinatly.
i would call gp and or neurologist.
The only thing i have found to work is gabepenton....have tried muscle relaxers, nerve block shots, chiroprator, massage, physical therapy, heat, ice, rest, working out.....no relief.
Best of luck as you are still early out.

Thank you so much!  I was afraid it was just me...I hadn't seen where anyone else had asked about these.  I just moved back to nebraska about 6 weeks ago and am in the process of getting an appointment setup with a neurosurgeon here.  I'll be sure to menton them when I see him.
