Yeah that was reading material, but I think I will pass on any type of procedure through my nose :P

Hi;

   I don't believe the tumor type was mentioned, so, this may have been a pituitary gland tumor. Through the gum line or nostril has been used for years for those. It appears endoscopy has improved.

They remove brain tumors through the nose here in the states too.

One of our local hospitals does it all the time.  They don't remove ANs this way, though.
