I'm glad you're getting support and feel like there are some professionals that understand your problem and care.  It's so frustrating when they don't and you know they are not going to follow through.   Do you have a recent MRI to bring with you?   I am bringing 3 MRI's with me to my appt on Tuesday.   The head, the neck and the connection between the head and neck (sub occipital area).  If he asks for one make sure he writes for three so that nothing is left out.   I'll be thinking of you on Tuesday.   Let us know how it goes.
