You all are great. I wasn't looking for praise well maybe a little
. It was just the weirdest feeling.
Rob and Obita, I know it feels really strange, but like Deb said, we have to challenge ourselves when we can. Believe me, I haven't been one to do that.
Hugs to Raydean and Cheryl and Deb, who know so much of what this journey has been for me.
Actually, I wasn't trying to push, but just want to to do some "normal" things with my husband. Our life has changed so much since this illness, so I was determined. We also went to the rain forest on the peninsula and I hiked for about 15 minutes....hadn't done that in sooo long. Of course i didn't mention it took me a week to recover from the trip...!
I'm making myself take longer walks and really push to get my endorphins up. It's strange, even though I feel worse, I feel "better" because my body is getting oxygen.
I encourage everyone as they recover to get as much exercise as possible. Walking by itself has so many benefits!
Hugs,
Nan
