AN: 0.6cm.  65% Hearing loss, tinnitus, fullness, minor motion issues.
hearing loss over 25+ years.  MRI in 2000 showed nothing.
Optical Atrophy from infantcy
Watch and Wait.
As of 2017 I am on a 2 year MRI frequency.

Unfortunately there seem to be many triggers. The wind, the cold, loud noises, too much visual stimulation, working full time, bright lights. Maybe I need to become a hermit and live in a quiet, dark cave with a fireplace:)

Trust me.  The hermit, dark cave thing, not a way to live.  Ok, full disclosure, I don't have the fireplace.
