2 days post op and doing great

Congratulations on completing your AN surgery!  Thanks for posting and letting us know that your recovery is commencing.  Patience will be an asset in the days and weeks to come but I trust you'll enjoy a complete recovery.  We'll be here to support you and hope that you'll stay connected with the site and the forums so we can share in your progress.

4.5 cm AN diagnosed 5/06.  Retrosigmoid surgery 6/06.  Follow-up FSR completed 10/06.  Tumor shrinkage & necrosis noted on last MRI.  Life is good.

Dear Melanie,

You see our prayers for your coming out of of surgery worked! Now begins the slow and steady recovery phase. You continue to be in my prayers, in that respect.
Please continue to post your progress. I doubt anybody wants to hear of my old surgery stories (8 years ago).
