My sister in law aged 25 years got AN 1.2 cms - got facial paralysis - Hearing Loss - No tears 15 days before surgery. Actually AN was diagnosed only after the aforesaid symptoms. After surgery in May 2012, all these problems were continueing till Sept 2012. We started Ayurvedic treatment on first week of Sept with a qualified aayurvedic doctor here in South India, later just recently from last week she is getting tears in eye, but hearing loss and facial palsy continues... Now ayurvedic doctor recommends for in patient care treatment for one or two months by hot oil massage/ drops of herbal oils into nose and affected ear/ oral medicines etc., to get cured from facial palsy issues. Did any of you came through about this treatment. What is your opinion on this. As far as me, if oil treatments stays external, it is okay.. if it goes to ears and nose??? But anyhow when I enquired with few more experienced and well qualified ayurvedic doctors, they says these treatments are done for facial palsy and succes rate between 50 to 90%. Plz comment.
