KISS or FIESTA sequencing?
« on: August 12, 2013, 04:50:26 pm »
Hi all, I attended the ANA Symposium in LA over the weekend. Great source of info. I wanted to know if anyone else listened in the session in which Dr. Marc Schwartz mentioned 2 types of MRI sequencing which could possibly result in clearer images. The images could be clear enough to show the location of the facial nerve. Dr. Schwartz mentioned "KISS" sequencing for MRI machines made by Siemens, and "FIESTA" for those made by GE. However, I've been able to find nothing on the internet regarding the KISS sequencing. Does anyone else have any more information on this?  Thanks.
