After being up half the night with a stomach bug my kids graciously shared, I feel like death warmed over. So I'm going to be much more selfish than they were and say I don't want to share this with everyone at a buffet.

Hopefully next time! Now, I'm going back to bed.

Sorry folks that I can't be there today.  I've had about 4 hours sleep and can't seem to get out of my own way.  I do have some great news I would like to share with you all that I am going to be a Grammy.  Our daughter, Natalie and husband Greg are expecting a boy in late January and we are all thrilled.

I'll see you all in the Spring.  Have a dumpling for me!

Hi Everyone,

Today was the fall ANA Brunch at Maxwell’s in Worcester, MA.

There was a great turn out, and it was a pleasure seeing everyone again. This is a link that will take you to the photos taken at the Brunch.

http://s865.photobucket.com/albums/ab215/SML-Rich56/The%2010-14-12%20ANA%20Brunch%20Bunch%20at%20Maxwells/

Chris we’ll keep you and Will close in our thoughts for terrific results following your Oct. 26th surgery. We hope your recovery is swift.

Kathy, and Keith making the decision for a course of treatment is not easy by any stretch of the imagination. Trust in your self, you’ve been doing the research, when the time is right you’ll know what’s right for you. Stay strong.

With all the laughter and little SSD (single side deafness) joking going on between the post AN’ers I think it was very clear that life goes on, and you will laugh again.

Where would we all be without our extended ANA family, as the Fonz  8) once said, “Well you’d be up a creek Mrs. C”,

Rich & Scarlett
SML (Scarlett's) other half, she had - 1.5 cm x 2.5 cm Cystic AN - Right side
Retrosigmoid on 3/18/09 at MGH in Boston, MA. Dr. Barker & Dr. Lee of MGH/MEEI
no facial issues, SSD right side, balance issues to work on.
The AN Calendar is here: http://www.my.calendars.net/AN_Treatments

Thanks Rich for posting great shots of a wonderful gathering. It went by way too fast. There were many folks I wanted to visit with but before I knew it we were doing the pic of us all outside.

Phyl, it was so reassuring to see you and Ian there. You are a trooper and an amazing one at that.

Chris, wishing you great results and a wonderful recovery.

Wishing everyone a healthy happy year end. See you all in the spring!

Rich ~

Many thanks for the high-quality photos.  It was good to see you and Scarlett again.

Great food and good company made for another enjoyable ANA Sunday brunch at Maxwell's in Worcester, Massachusetts.  See you all again in April.  :)

4.5 cm AN diagnosed 5/06.  Retrosigmoid surgery 6/06.  Follow-up FSR completed 10/06.  Tumor shrinkage & necrosis noted on last MRI.  Life is good.

Life is not the way it's supposed to be. It's the way it is.  The way we cope with it is what makes the difference.

Rich and Scarlett, thanks for taking the pictures (and the time and effort to post them so quickly).
As always, it was great to see everyone. Chris, wishing you the best of luck and a great recovery! Keith - hang in there, once you make that decision you'll feel so much better! Lisa, I'll really try to make it in November, would love to see Dr. Mason.
Have a happy holiday season, y'all,
Helga
