Yesterday was the big day. MRI at 9:00am and appt neurosurgeon at 10:00 am. Timing all slipped a bit as happens occasionally. New MRI tech that was unfamiliar with a BAHA implants so had to go through the explanation with him.
Nurse Sharon came into the exam room around 10:30 and asked the usual questions. (BTW, anytime people ask me if I have fallen in the last six months I always tell them, "If i had, I wouldn't admit it." I don't want to have to a "Risk of Falling" wrist band.) Sharon told me things looked good and I would probably not be back for two years.
Yep. That's the doctor said. Not only was the tumor stable, it appeared to have shrunk a bit. We looked a three years of pictures.
Today I met with my radiation oncologist and we reviewed pictures in other dimensions. Conclusion the same - shrinkage.
Back in two years. I am quite happy!
Rock on and be well, friends!
