1 year post CK

Hi All,

I'd like to share my 6 month and 1 year results since being treated by ck.

Original tumor size was 10mm x 5mm x 5mm which was found August 2012.
After monitoring for 6 months the tumor grew to a size of 12 x 6 x 6.

CK treatment was in March 2014 at Stanford with Doctors Soltys and Chang.
6 month scan showed swelling to a size of 15 x 9 x 9. I can feel the pressure and am having some hearing loss.
1 year scan showed that the tumor has reduced in size, 14 x 7 x 6.

The pressure or fullness feeling still remains, but its dwindling. Tinnitus is pretty darn loud, but I still have serviceable hearing from that side (left side).
Taking it day by day.

All in all it was a good visit and both doctors are happy with the results.

Thanks,

kejac

Thanks for posting your results.  Can I ask your age?  I am 47 and WW for now.  For me, age is part of my decision about what to do and when, so I am always interested in the age of posters when I read about their experiences.
Diagnosed June 2014 1cm AN at 47 years of age.  Had fluctuating symptoms since 2006.    6 mos MRI (Dec 2014) showed no growth, MRI  in July 2015 showed no growth.  MRI Jan 2016 showed no growth.  MRI Aug 2016 showed no growth.  I'm gonna ride the WW train as long as I can.
