Watch and wait ending???

I have been watching and waiting for three years.  The feeling of fullness in my left ear comes and goes, but it has not "gone" for several months now.  Dr. Haynes at V'bilt says surgery is not in my future, but possibly radiation if mri or symptoms indicate.  This fullness feeling is driving me nuts.  If you have radiation, does it eliminate this sympton?
