Dizzyness with exertion
« on: October 23, 2016, 04:10:05 pm »
I am almost six months GK and I have noticed that, although I have balance issues most of the time,
if I sneeze hard, walk up a hill or up steps fast I get a quick rush of dizzyness.  Has anyone else
experienced this?

I get exactly the same. Plus, if I carry something relatively heavy even if just for couple of second. I had radiation as well on the 25th of May 2016 (5 months ago).

Best

Thank you, Lilith, for your response, and yes, I also have the same reaction to carrying
something with a bit of weight!    It is some reassurance to hear of others having similar
symptoms - makes me feel more confident that indeed, these are complications of the treatment.
Best to you!  (My radiation was the end of April this year.)

I get this too, not always, but sometimes. I wonder why?
4 cm AN removed 12/2000
subsequent brain swelling
removal of part of cerebellum
face, scalp, tongue numbness and partial paralysis
no corneal sensation and no tears-frequent eye issues
cognitive issues
Regrowth (3.1 x ..86 cm) treated by SRS on November 6, 2015

Patti,
I also wonder what is the cause behind this.
