Treatment options for my case: thoughts

Hi there,
 
I have my consult in 2 weeks and anxiously awaiting.  Based on your experiences, what options do you believe will be presented to me?

3.2 by 2.3 by 2.2 CM left sided AN in CPA extending into IAC.  Compression on root exit zone of trigeminal nerve which is anteriorly deviated, compression on adjacent pons, compression on middle cerebral peduncle.

Symptoms: hearing loss (profound and progressive), tinnitus, dizziness, extreme fatigue, facial numbness on affected side of face (dentist feeling), daily headaches.
