Hello, I had surgery to debulk AN November 2016. And although I have no hearing on right side and facial paralysis, I have zero pain. The tumor was leaning on the root of the Trigeminal Nerve.  Was your AN totally removed or debulked.  I'm sorry your having pain. I know that type of pain is the worst.have you tried medication. Stay in touch, Joan
