Headache post op after finish steroids

Hello everyone. I just had translab surgery a little over a week ago with HEI. I was put on steroids (decadron) and just two days ago was my last dose. I haven't had any headaches since, but last night (still wasnt able to sleep past 4AM) I had a massive headache. I took something strong for it, and it went away but I am afraid that this is the new normal and i would have to be on them regularly. My question is, is coming  off of the steroids the culprit? Is it sleep?

Also, does anyone know how long it takes to get back to regular sleep after off of the steroids?
