Heat sensitivity

Does anybody else have high sensitivity to heat? Sometimes when I go out for short walks outside (15-20 min), I get very overheated and my heart rate goes up, mostly when it is sunny outside. Once I'm inside, I immediately need to change into cooler clothes, drink some ice water, and sit in front of a fan for a while to cool down. Once I have started to cool down, I will feel tired and sometimes get a headache. I had to start wearing hats after my surgery, but now I have to make sure the hats have a wide brim and ventilation.

I'm 28 years old and more than a year post-op, but I did have a CSF leak back in October that had to be repaired. The sun sensitivity started after my AN removal surgery, but it feels like it has gotten worse over time.

Any insight would be appreciated.
