First time posting here, Diagnosed in 2019 with AN Right side

Ive been on WW since 2019, however just had my annual MRI and it has grown a bit. Tinnitus has always been bad and i have noticed it gotten worse since 2019. My hearing loss has been significant and I got hearing aids last year, i thought the aids were just not that good but my hearing has gotten worse. I see my specialist on Tuesday to discuss options for treatment as he said its time. My balance isn't bad i do get dizzy and some balance issues when i first start walking or get up fast. I'm leaning towards surgery over radiation. When i was first diagnosed Gamma knife was not an option as i am a really big guy. However in the past year i've lost close to 100lbs mostly thanks to another surgery of Gastric Sleeve.

I'm just been reading everyone's journey here and appreciate everyone being so open. The hearing loss has been difficult to deal with but such is life.

I was wondering if anyone has had or thinking of surgery and how that went.
