Support for Schwanoma patient

Hello, I am a social worker for a healthcare provider.  I am looking for resources for a patient with schwanonma of the ear, he also has a cerebral meningioma.  His wife is very overwhelmed, is struggling with medical bills, and is with him 24/7.  I would appreciate any information to help her with finances, respite or anything that may make it a little bit easier for them.
