Deb,

Good Topic.   My two older sisters are going through menopause, so I am sure its not that far away for me. Yuck!

My sister Dianne was told by her ob-gyn that a glass of soy milk a day will help with menopause symptoms. She hasn't tried it 'cause she thinks it will taste to yucky.

My sister Debbie, takes an over the counter herbal hormone that seems to help with her symptoms. Don't know the name of it but can find out if you want me too. She buys it at Walmart.

Part of all these symptoms could well be menopausal, but some may be aggravated by the basic anguish of having this tumor and the possibility of a regrowth or the difficult path to a decision for the treatment. So there are so many reasons to get these symptoms and forgetfulness, the best is to equip oneself with all the reminding help that exist. Ringing minuteries, little bows on your fingers, a Blackberry with a voice, or a well trained bunch of friends looking over your shoulder.
Good luck, we all are in trouble. Once menopausal, it never gets fixed.
Believe me, I am over the hill and went through, never got out of it.
