best medicine...
« on: November 10, 2007, 12:08:03 pm »
Finally I had a few hours where I almost got away from this AN....sort of.  Went to see my favorite singer last night - Elton John.  It was my 4th time seeing him in concert over the years and he just keeps getting better.  Of course, I had to quickly plug the AN side but even with that, it was Captain Fantastic!!  I just hope that once this is all over with, I'll still be able to hear in stereo.  Forgot to mention that he started with my favorite song - Funeral for a Friend.  Now I don't view this AN as a friend at all, but let's hope it's funeral comes up soon.  Sorry about the sarcasm.  Got to find humor where I can.

I saw Elton John a several years ago.  What an entertainer!!!  I'm so glad you enjoyed yourself, ear plug and all.  We all need to escape.

Good for you!  If you can handle the noise I say go for it and enjoy and I'm very happy for you that you could and did.
Way to go!!
