new here w/ mri pictures
« on: December 04, 2007, 01:37:30 pm »
Hi..  I had sudden high freq.  hearing loss in my rt ear 4 years ago. Constant tinnitus, dizziness. all my tests are coming back abnormal and the docs think it could be an AN.  I had mris' w/out contrast that were normal so on friday I got one, IAC'S W/ contrast and might find out the results today.  The mri looks strange to me, what do you think?   The left of the pic is the rt side.

Thanks!

I see something on the 2nd image that looks out of place (the images are fuzzy).. at least can say, it must be a small AN since we are not sure.. my MRI looked like a baseball ..

ps... the forum wont understand html ... I can clean up the message if you like?

Thanks.

The nurse called and said the report was normal. I know we are not professionals, but those I know who have seen the scan are pretty surprised... I am relieved though.  I guess it is Meneire's?
