I'll give you another tip since you're new to medical adventures.  Make sure the hospital does reimburse you.  Sometimes these things get "lost" in the system and you may have to follow up more than once.  It doesn't happen a whole lot and I'm sure it isn't intentional on the hospital's part, it's just that they have so many accounts to keep track of.
