Melissa -

thank you for letting us know you'll have a scribe - and thank Jaime for taking the job.

Try to relax a little bit tomorrow before your big day.  It's normal to be nervous, but put yourself into the hands of your very capable doctor(s).   You'll sleep through the entire procedure and you'll be a postie before you know it  :)

Best wishes,

Jan

You're finally going to get this thing over with!  Congratulations!  You'll do great.  And I'm glad Jamie is there to keep us posted on you. (Thank you Jamie, Melissa is one of the family here).

Melissa:

I'll be praying for you and thinking of you on Thursday, cheering you on and fully expecting a great outcome.  I know you'll do fine and I want to thank you ahead of time for your foresight as well as thanking your friend Jaime for being your 'scribe' and our connection with you as you undergo and then return from surgery.  Get some rest and try to remain as calm as possible as you prepare to become a 'postie'.  :)  See you soon!

Life is not the way it's supposed to be. It's the way it is.  The way we cope with it is what makes the difference.
