incredible news!  I'm so glad to hear that your MRI is clean.  It's also very impressive that your doctor was able to remove your entire AN; it was quite large!

Congratulations on your newly acquired status of "grandda to be"  ;D

You must be so thrilled!

I don't actually "make" trouble..just kind of attract it, fine tune it, and apply it in new and exciting ways

Ric:

Let me hasten to add my congratulations on both your impending grandparent status and of course, your'clean' 5 year MRI.

Both are very important and rewarding events in their respective ways and I thank you for sharing your joy with us.  :)

4.5 cm AN diagnosed 5/06.  Retrosigmoid surgery 6/06.  Follow-up FSR completed 10/06.  Tumor shrinkage & necrosis noted on last MRI.  Life is good.

Life is not the way it's supposed to be. It's the way it is.  The way we cope with it is what makes the difference.

thanks all for the kind words, Too many times on this forum I see bad reports and I thought alittle good news once in awhile my give some support to people about to go through and AN ordeal.

I too was skeptic about making it pass the 5  year mark. Course got a new Doctor and he wants to look again in two years.  I am also glad I am NOT on any drugs for my aftermath conditions except for over the counter pills for headaches.  again thanks for your thoughts and kind words  Rc...
