Hi Cheri,
   Yes, I still use my Wii and it is great.  I haven't used it as much the last 3 weeks (teaching full time and getting ready for Christmas took most of my time)..but it has helped me greatly.  The nice thing about the Wii is that it is at home and right there for me.  If I'm tired after school I can take a short nap and then do the balance and yoga programs on my Wii fit without having to get in the car again and go somewhere.  I highly recommend it !
