I will be the one to face the crowd!  My theory is that I am doing the best I can & the rest of the world can just deal with it!!

See what I mean? When we have that softball game, Kaybo is not only going to be on my team, she will be the captain8)

Hannah, I just want to say that you look good in that Christmas picture by your name. It took me a second to figure out that it is summer in Australia at Christmas. I would not have guessed that you had full facial paralysis - I would have said you have a quirky smile. It may not be perfect, but your surgery results look good, I would not worry about it now. And welcome back to the forum, too.

Hearing lasted a while, but left side is deaf now.
Right side is weak too. Life is quiet.

han nah-i, too, just joined facebook and got in touch with alot of old friends.  it caused me to think of how i was always known for my big smile-dimples and all!  it's not the same anymore, but my husband still thinks i am beautiful (unless he's a good liar!) and i have good family and friends and a good life.  that's alot to be happy about but i miss my smile.  patti
