I wore a bone conductio with a metal  band for 70 years on my only  one bad hearing left ear.

Now Got the Baha super power 5 implanted and regain my hearing as it was 20 years ago with the old Analog bone conduction.

I am 90 years old and had a Baha super power 5 implanted.(Cochlear was  out of question due my age)

No infection .just simple  irritation on upper  implant post with a slight swelling due accumulation of  loose "FAT"

Surgeon said it was his fault not removing it ,due danger of infection!

Revision surgery may be in order at a later date to remove "FAT"

I still am loving my Ponto BAHA.  I recently had the settings adjusted and now have a program for noisy environments.  It works great.    I also use the TV and microphone thru my streamer and this helps me to hear clearer.
Kind Regards,
Kathy

In my opinion, you can't go wrong with a BAHA.

I had my implant 10 years ago and couldn't live without my BAHA.

Cochlear is the brand I chose and I couldn't be happier.

I started with a Divino, upgraded to a BP100, and currently wear a BAHA 5 (another upgrade).  Technology just keeps getting better and better.

BAHA's ROCK!

I don't actually "make" trouble..just kind of attract it, fine tune it, and apply it in new and exciting ways
