I see a big difference in your pics.  My pics that I was  bellyaching about looked very much like your current ones.  But I'm no longer having trouble eating or talking, so I guess I need to count my blessings.  Function before looks!!  I hope you find something to help you.  I don't know what kind of graft they did on me at the time of my AN surgery, but they seemed to think I had a good chance of getting about 90% of my function back.  I've had 2 accupuncture sessions so far and can tell a slight difference already.  I get lots of twitches and tingles while the needles are in, and a little bit for several hours after.  I'm hoping that is going to make a difference.  I'm a big believer in combining eastern and western medicine...
