Nancy ~

Thanks for not requiring us to address you as 'fathead'.  Even though we would all understand the source of the self-designated screen name, it just wouldn't feel right. 'NancyMc' is a better fit.  :)

I just wanted to join the choir and add my congratulations for achieving yet another milestone in your phenomenal recovery.   Driving is an essential part of modern life and being able to resume driving is a major accomplishment on the road to regaining normalcy.  I suspect the drive to and from your mailbox will soon become a bit too confining and you'll be out and about on the public roads, very soon.  Keep up the good work!  :)

Jim

4.5 cm AN diagnosed 5/06.  Retrosigmoid surgery 6/06.  Follow-up FSR completed 10/06.  Tumor shrinkage & necrosis noted on last MRI.  Life is good.

Life is not the way it's supposed to be. It's the way it is.  The way we cope with it is what makes the difference.

Nancy -
Congratulations on your first drive  even if it was very short it's still a great milestone.  I have to agree that Nancy suits you much better than Fathead.  Besides, with all the fatheads here, we'd feel like we were talking to oursellves.   ;D

Wishing you continued good healing,
Wendy

I think I like you best as NancyMc, Nancy. :)

Although I did try changing my display name to Phyl last year (lasted about 2 hours), and also called you Mary once.
