Hi Mandy:  I use them Sunday through Thursday & use tape Friday & Sat.   I'm at work now but when I get home I have a toll free # you can call them at.  I buy them buy the case now & save (I think) $100. or $200.  They're pricey but worth it for me !
I'll add to this reply later this evening.

Always good thoughts,  Nancy

okay:  it's made by Medtronic, the tel. # is:  1-800-874-5797.  The people are really nice.  I use the nonsterile, 14 per box (but like I said, I buy it by the case - try it out, see if you like it 1st).   The 1st thing they'll do is give you a customer #, then you call back the next day & place your order.  I get mine within 1-2 days regular shipping.

Thanks for the replies.  Since I originally posted, Ken had a platinum weight implanted and the lid is closing almost normally.  For the first week or so, he taped the eye shut, but now is sleeping with an eye mask and using drops during the day and before bed.  This seems to be working well.  Before the weight was put in, he was having a really hard time getting it patched and taped so that it would stay shut.  The patch was coming off many times during the night and created a lot of anxiety and frustration.  He is feeling much better since the weight was inserted.  He wanted to wait and see if natural movement returned to the right lid, but decided to go forward with the eye procedure and it glad he did.
