Laz you must be headache free today as I woke up with one.  It's my first real headache since surgery so I figure I must have taken from you  lol :(

thanks so much for the information. I have been so lost and hopeless. I had my surgery at Cornell and before I put myself through another surgery I need more opionons. i will try to go see your team at Columbia and see what they have to offer. I hope you are doing well.
