I'm not a Doctor, but I do see something.  I am not a patient person, the waiting is a killer.  Hang in there, you will know soon enough.

If it is one, it is a tiny one (smaller than mine, for instance, which is a small one). It could also be some other benign tumor. Or just a blip.

Like it or not, you will have to wait for a trained radiologist to review the entire MRI scan, to see if there is a consistent indication of something going on your right side there.

What symptoms are you experiencing?

Right side is weak too. Life is quiet.

I'm not a doctor, so I won't even venture to guess what your diagnosis is.

Although there are worse things in the world, I'm hopeful you don't have an acoustic neuroma.

However, if you do, we're all here to help and support you.

Thank you everyone for replying. The waiting is tough.

My symptoms are dizziness, some pain in my ear and some ringing. But it is mostly the dizziness.

This is a very nice forum. Thanks again.

I'm a short-timer here - recently diagnosed and awaiting treatment.  But so far, the hardest part was waiting for those first appointments with the neurosurgeon and waiting to get the first MRI results.  Now I'm waiting for treatment, which starts tomorrow.  I try to balance rest and staying busy as ways to cope.  And I rely especially on my faith (pray, talk to others of your faith).

Please DO let us know what you find out tomorrow.

Hello msf2,
Your MRi images mention that these images are with contrast.  Which is the best way to see acoustic neuroma tumors, they stand out with a light white color.   But to my untrained [and free!] eye, I don't see anything that looks like the other MRI images posted on the forum.  There is a tiny white blip on the right side, but I doubt that it is a tiny tumor.   My guess is that your doctors may have to look for another potential reason for your dizziness.  Good luck with your doctor appointment.
Regards,

msf2,

I hear there is Doctors in L.A help to assess AN MRI, but I don't remember the link?
Does anyone have the link?
Thanks,

Chiwen
