ANA Donation
« on: September 24, 2010, 11:09:14 am »
Hey y'all,
Just had to post because I found this to be pretty sweet.

I work for a huge corporation and every year they have a big campaign to get everyone to donate to the United Way, well to my surprise this year I went in and searched for the ANA and it was one of our choices.  I was so excited that I was able to allocate the funds to a cause that is near and dear to my heart...or should I say head  ;)

So happy, now I have to keep my fingers crossed and see if I win one of the $100 gift card!

Liz,

I was surprised too when I found the ANA on the list.  My husband usually picked between a few different charities for his donation, but now he always gives to the ANA.   ;D

Yay - we're on a list!

This is very cool.  I worked for a non-profit and they generally don't match contributions  :(

Wish they would have.  I've been donating to the ANA - and lots of other charities for years.

My brother's company (Schering-Plough/Merck) matches so he's promised to see if the HLAA (Hearing Loss Association of America) is on their list so they can match his contribution to my walk.

Contributions are good - and I know the ANA, being a small non-profit organization without a lot of revenue - can certainly use them.

Glad to hear you guys donate,

Jan
