got on and rode bike today after almost five years, a lot of walking and excercise it can be done so ALL posters dont give up

4.5 cm AN diagnosed 5/06.  Retrosigmoid surgery 6/06.  Follow-up FSR completed 10/06.  Tumor shrinkage & necrosis noted on last MRI.  Life is good.

good for you! i want the weather to warm up a bit so i can bike some more. sometimes i get a bit scared about falling and whacking my head (i always wear a helmet) but i love biking and we have lots of great trails around here.

ok, come join us on the 'let's walk/bike/run...'thread! we have a good group and we encourage each other when we fall off the exercise wagon. we're at all fitness levels, and we all do a variety of exercises.
