Kaybo, Walgreens brand ingredients are the same as Refresh PM, however in my experience sometimes it is runnier and does not last as long. I will buy it in a pinch, but usually stick with Refresh PM. Unfortunately our local Target quit carrying it, but WalMart has a decent price.

Kaybo,
It seems thinner than Refresh.  I seem to hit where I aim better and waste less. So, pros and cons.

I have used this too, and although it has the same ingredients in the same proportions as Refresh PM, it is really thin.  Within about 1/2 hour of putting it in, it is running down my face and not doing much good in my eye.  I've had to put more in during the night.  Not to mention that it gets all over my pillowcase!   :P

Maybe if you didn't need anything too thick, it might work, but it didn't for me.

Refresh PM is now over $9 per tube at both WalMart and Target. Sad day.

WalMart now has a house brand (Equate) with the same ingredients. I picked up a tube to try.
